Service Description

High Impact Team Building using the Energy Leadership Development System, is a highly integrative process that leverages the power of the ELI 360* and a full course in COR.E Performance Dynamics that includes; becoming aware of the SMEEPS (6 influencers of stress), shifting goal orientation to one of Mastery rather than Performance, and an introduction to the learning and practice of the 10 disciplines that when Mastered, is almost a guarantee for high potential and performance at the 7th level, on demand! This is typically a course that runs for 6-12 months, meeting every 2 weeks as a group as well as customized to include 1:1 coaching for leaders as well as individual team members. 2 rounds of ELI 360* used to measure energy impact of program.
