After several sessions, you will become well-versed at how to manage the 6 influencers of stress; SMEEPS (Spiritual, Mental, Environmental, Emotional, Physical & Social), apply and practice 10 COR.E Disciplines and learn how to not just COPE (Create Opportunity Perspective Excellence), but to show up ready to strive for greatness at all times and in all situations without feelings of doubt or dread.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations in general, but do understand last minute things come up.
